Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By registering with or placing an order through Pharmacy Weight Loss Haslemere, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Haslemere is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy operating in accordance with UK pharmacy law and regulations. We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription medication services to eligible patients.

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services at any time if we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you. It is your responsibility to provide truthful and complete medical information. Providing false information may result in immediate termination of your account and could pose a risk to your health.
All prescriptions are issued only following a clinical assessment by a qualified prescriber. Completion of a consultation form does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Our prescribers exercise independent clinical judgement in accordance with current clinical guidelines.
Prescriptions remain the property of the pharmacy and are processed in accordance with GPhC standards. We do not issue private prescriptions for collection at third-party pharmacies. Any medication supplied is intended solely for the named patient and must not be shared with others.
You must inform us promptly of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase. We are not liable for any bank charges or currency conversion fees incurred by the customer.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only. We use tracked, discreet packaging for all orders.
While we aim to meet our delivery timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including Royal Mail or courier disruptions. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically approved and dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been generated and medication dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in accordance with medicines legislation, as dispensed prescription medicines cannot be resold.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Subscription or ongoing treatment plans may be cancelled at any time before your next billing date. No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.
Our services are not a substitute for your regular GP or NHS healthcare. We do not hold your full medical history and strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any treatment received through our pharmacy. In the event of a medical emergency, contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E department immediately.
Weight loss medications are intended to support a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
